My order is delayed – what should I do?
Most deliveries arrive on time. If your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window plus 3 additional days, please contact our customer service.

Part of my order is missing – what should I do?
For larger orders, items may be shipped in multiple packages. The remaining items usually arrive within 1–3 business days after the first package.
The package arrived damaged – what should I do?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. Photo evidence of the damage is required for a replacement. Please do not return the package without consulting us first.
The wrong size or product doesn’t fit – what should I do?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order for the desired option.
